About Me

I specialize in making sense of ambiguity—translating complex problems into clear, user-focused solutions. My work centers on understanding end-user needs and designing experiences that are effective and meaningful.

My skill set spans UX research and design, service design, and instructional design/eLearning—with a healthy dose of formal project management added in which helps keep my projects moving forward. My background in Communication helps me bridge the gap between people and technology in creative, human-centered ways.

Over the years, I’ve explored emerging technologies across a wide range of organizations, collaborating with incredibly smart individuals who were generous with their time and talent. I’m grateful for that and do my best to pay that forward.

I’m always curious about how people engage with technology—and I thrive on reducing complex problems, tools, systems, and experiences into something people actually understand and enjoy. What keeps me up at night? Finding ways to make those experiences more intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
