As Senior Experience Producer, I led creative teams through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and agile development of custom interactive eLearning for Fortune 500 clients — Medtronic, GE, Delta, Merck, Cargill, and more. Built client relationships, scoped and bid complex projects, and drove zero-defect delivery standards across medical, financial, manufacturing, and aviation sectors.

Consulted across UX, CX, service design, and process improvement for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Delivered needs analysis, personas, journey maps, rapid prototypes, usability studies, and strategic recommendations — serving populations from Fortune 500 executives to low-literacy new immigrants. Built mobile apps, designed statewide digital literacy platforms, and shaped EU climate change workshop toolkits.

Also designed and developed eLearning and corporate curricula initiatives across 10+ industry sectors — including onboarding programs, compliance training, product training, blended learning solutions, and multilingual content (Spanish, Somali, and French) for diverse populations and organizations of all sizes.

Learning Experience Architect & Developer · UCare

A multi-year initiative spanning four major bodies of work. First, designed a comprehensive training ecosystem for an enterprise SaaS platform rollout — including a simulated learning environment mirroring QA and production systems, proto-personas for all teams, and scaffolded curricula sequenced so each cohort's work built the realistic database content the next cohort would train on.

Second, led a full overhaul of UCare's Product and Compliance training library — redesigning courses from passive content-focused courses into user-focused, engaging, interactive eLearning. Then streamlined and standardized the annual curricula rollout and delivery process so that training reached all learners consistently and efficiently year over year. Also reduced LMS data transmission failure rates from >30% to under 2% through design and platform intervention.

Third, led a separate UX research initiative to redesign the L&D SharePoint site — designing and executing the full usability test, analyzing results, and driving site modifications based on findings.

Throughout, mentored teammates on UX research, usability testing, instructional design, rapid prototyping, LMS administration, and project management — building team capability across all aspects of the role.
